Hi I went here recently when my iphone screen broke and I just wanna say the staff at this store are amazing. When people come in, they are probably not having the best day due to the fact that their iphone just got smashed aka I was having a rough day and the people at this store were kind to me. They explained everything clearly, they treated me like I was their own sister, did not try to upsell me, and fixed my phone beautifully. It was destroyed front and back but now it's good as new thanks guys!! best store. Shalom peace :)

What a relief during a stressful situation. It was fixed quickly and professionally. I appreciated the associate at the store in College Park. He was the only one there in the morning bur assured me he would get it done today. It was complete in less than two hours. He deserves recognition.My suggestion, if a store isn't showing up as an option for repair online, for it to say it's because the store doesn't have the needed parts to do the repair. There was one not to far from my house but I had to call and ask why they weren't an option.Thanks for the help!! Much appreciated.

Everything went smoothly with this repair. Scheduling the appointment was simple and the customer care rep who assisted me was very thorough. The technician who did the work communicated with me ahead of her arrival and then accomplished the repair quickly and efficiently. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone.
