I needed to take my laptop out of S Mode so I could download apps outside of the Microsoft Store and I called up Dynamic Technical and got same day service!!….My Laptop was up and running within minutes the customer service @ Dynamic was astonishing!!!…I will definitely recommend this Entity!

I had an exceptional experience with Caliph who helped me solve a difficult (for me) situation. I don't know anything about computers, programs, etc. and he was extremely patient with me while I tried to follow his directions. He persisted until he solved the problem with extra steps that made access to the program much easier.He assessed and diagnosed some hardware issues and gave me advice as to what products to use. I will continue to consult with him in future.

Caliph was amazing while he helped recover 10+ years of photos and videos from a hard drive that stopped working. He was calm, which was especially comforting as I was panicking and highly emotional over the loss of so many memories. He was able to eventually recover all of my data and I am truly grateful for his expertise.
