I have been coming here for hair-braiding about a year. The staff is friendly, very responsive, and they braid FAST (and gently to preserve edges!). I have sent over inspiration photos, and we have tried lots of different styles and they always do a good job with whatever I request. I only come on weekdays, so I can't speak to how fast or how busy they are on weekends, but in general, they are wonderful, flexible, have excellent prices and work quickly and professionally. Highly recommend and will always come back!

So I would have gave a 5 star. But I didn't like that 3 people in my hair.. and the fact that I ask for a wash there sink was crazy uncomfortable it hurt my neck.. also the back talk about hair when I know it takes 2 bags to do hair. The hair micros.. I also had a coffee that I couldn't even drink...also why put glu on the ends I feel that when I'm ready to take my hair out I might cut my own... also my braids was so tight and still tight..I have tight bumps.. crazy thing is I paid 200+25+20 all together and ahead time.. but I am happy with my braids..thank you

Viviane is the absolute best! I've been a client since 2012 and she always does a great job. Anytime I send her inspiration pictures I get exactly what I want, and I always get a lot of compliments on how neat my braids are. When I'm not being lazy about putting on my scarf and whatnot, my braids last a good 2 months. I always recommend her ??
