Showed the hair stylist pictures of the hair I wanted and she said ok, then proceeded to botch my hair by cutting it way too short and not even remotely close to the pictured style. The shape, the bangs, the length were all wrong. Then she made me pay almost double the advertized standard rate. I was recommended this place by a friend but am super disappointed and honestly angry about how bad of a job they did.

I had the young male barber do my cut. He seems like a cool dude, but at the end I was expressing I wanted my skin fade to be higher and my taper in the back to come tighter to a V. He scoffed at me with a smirk and tongue in cheek and said I was asking something totally different than what I had showed him and that it wasn't what I asked for originally. I then explained again that I originally asked for a higher skin fade and tighter taper, and all he did was throw a guard onto a clipper and go over the fade twice and said "how's that." You should listen to your clientele, homie, they know what they want regardless of your opinion. Now I have to go pay for another cut from another barber just to get a higher skin fade and tighter taper. Won't be back.

The older man has no care for respect to the customer. Doesn't allow feedback and lashes out if you ask for adjustments. Only cut my hair for 10 minutes and then was extremely rude and stubborn when asking for shorter on the sides. Charged $35 for a mediocre 20 minute hair cut. Not skilled and poor people skills.

I came in today because my usual stylist quit at her salon and based on a friends suggestion. I had Paula and she did such a wonderful job on my hair. I really like this place. However, I think $30 for a simple male haircut is a bit steep...also, making customers pay cash is a bit of a hassle. However, those two things aside, I enjoyed my experience and I think I'll come back. Paula really did a wonderful job with my hair and I'm happy with her work. So, she was worth the price.

Came in with very simple instructions: take weight off the sides of my hair, 3 on the sides, and half an inch off the top. Instead, I got 2 inches taken off the top and the worst blending I have ever seen. My curls are now so screwed up and multiple people have told me how bad it looks. Barber was very antisocial and shy and perhaps somehow didn't understand my instructions? Weird vibes all around. Do not come here

I've gone here a few times since moving to MD in August and Sokha is great! He always has you in and out in 20 min for a fair price too. Highly recommend.

My husband made an appointment over the phone but when we got there he was told someone else had that appointment. They asked if they could take the other person "real quick" but after he was not seen for over an hour we just left. Really disappointed because the hair cut is usually really good, but won't be returning because of this.
