I just needed my HID's switched out. Simple as that. I spent $84 to diagnose any electrical issues. When it was time to put HID's in, I called him. He answered and said he would call me back. He didn't so I called him back. When I told him what I need and how much, he begin dropping all his credentials and criticizing the workmanship of my present HID's. He seem to get angry when I asked how much. Jerome might have a lot of credentials, his customer service can used some "fine tuning." So he said to send him pictures of my kit. Jerome followed up with me regarding my yelp inquiry within the hour and spoke with me on the phone the same day. He did extensive research on my vehicle and provided me with helpful advice. He cares about the customer and wants to ensure that you're well informed before making any decision. Even though my issue unfortunately could not be resolved and no work was performed I appreciate his time and assistance and will definitely be in touch if I have another car issue.

This guy is fabulous! He REALLY CAN diagnose any car, truck, or vehicle. He comes right to your home or office and has a HUGE van with an automotive shop inside.
