“I got my first set of Classic Lashes a few weeks ago at Amazing Lash Studio. Within a few days I started to notice excessive fall out, I immediately called to ask that that the set be repaired. IMPORTANT: You must call within 72 hours if you notice fall out otherwise you’ll get charged for a refill on order to fix it.<br><br>The studio was unexpectedly closed on the day I was supposed to get the set repaired, so I didn’t end up going in until about 6 days since the first set had been installed. By this time the lash extensions were pretty much all gone less than a week since I had them done.<br><br>I’m happy with how the situation was handled. I spoke with the lash tech doing my repair and asked to speak with the manager to make her aware of the issue. They both made helpful suggestions to ensure that my next set would be to my liking and would last longer. It’s 5 days since I got my lashes repaired and this set has held up much better.”
