I love my lash lift by Kieran! I wanted to get this done for my wedding, but will be back again. The top photo is me before - I had curled my lashes, have mascara and eyeliner on. The bottom photo is me after the lash lift with no other eye makeup on. Kieran’s studio is also very clean, comfortable, and beautiful.
Bit of a long post, but I recently went to a different place to get a Lash Lift n the service was subpar. I left there w some lashes in the inner n outer corners of my eyes not curled at all. Whenever Kieran does my lift she’ll always say that I have some stubborn lashes (something that I mentioned to the stylist), but she always takes her time to make sure that every upper lash is where it’s supposed to be when it’s time for the solution. My lashes also weren’t as curled/dramatic as when Kieran does them (something that I confirmed I wanted w the stylist). It was also a very clinical place. The stylist didn’t want to talk at all even though she stayed in the room the whole time I was processing. Nor was I offered a mirror afterwards to be able to look at my lashes (the only mirrors I saw were in the bathroom, none on the walls of the suites). When everything was done the stylist just said ‘Have a nice day,’ turned away from me n started cleaning up making me feel rushed to get out. I can’t wait for things to start getting better n for Kieran to feel safe enough to open Koa Lash & Brow back up. Not only do I miss the excellent service, I miss the friendly atmosphere n the wonderful discussions we would have.
This is something I have wanted to do for sometime. I had over-tweezed brows that I spent much time filling in everyday... Kiera has been wonderful to work with. I had my touch up appt last week and I'm very happy. She was very patient with me as I had fear of looking like I had someone else's eyebrows on...mine had been sparse and it is an adjustment but I'm happy and I definitely recommend Kieran. My morning routine got quite a bit shorter!
