This is my second Audi I have purchased from Audi Hunt Valley. My sales rep was Dana and she put no pressure on me. To buy the Q5. She test drove with me, explained all the new features and followed up with me when I contacted her on her day off. I was very happy with the service I received, and the financial manager found a rate that I could not turn down. I’ve purchased for Audi’s and I keep going back to them. I definitely would recommend this Audi dealer.

Did not get the car that I went there to test drive test due to an issue regarding another customer wanting to buy the same car but management worked to find my wife a car that was acceptable to her. Spent 7 hrs. at dealership which was way too long but overall the team and management seemed to do the best they could under the circumstance. .

Chris did an absolutely great job with assisting my husband with getting the proper repair to his vehicle. He was not only friendly, but he was knowledgeable,, informative and patient. We have an Audi dealership: service center right down the street from our home, but Chris made all the difference in why it made sense to bring our car to Audi Hunt Valley instead.
