Excellent service! I booked an appointment with Ms. LaShelle for a silk press and have mid-back length hair. Ms. LaShelle let me know about an hour and a half before my appointment that she was running 15 minutes late, so I arrived 15 minutes after my original appointment time and was in the chair for the wash service five minutes after my arrival.
