After a serious fall which led to an elbow ORIF, I worked with Per Jensen, OT & Hand Specialist to regain functioning of my elbow. He made coming to occupational therapy three times week fun and interesting. He assisted me in regaining my maximum functioning of my arm with appropriate exercises for each step of my recovery. Nova Care Staff from the receptionist to the physical therapists are friendly and welcoming to every client. Scheduling appointments was easy and calls returned timely. The staff at NovaCare are highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to their patients' recovery. Ron has been instrumental in helping me manage my back pain, and I have experienced significant improvement since beginning treatment.
Before starting therapy, my back pain often interfered with my daily routine. Today, I am able to go about my everyday activities with little to no pain, which has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life. Ron also took the time to teach me the proper stretches and exercises to continue at home. I truly appreciate the care, expertise, and encouragement I received from the entire NovaCare team.
I received excellent care from TJ at NovaCare. Unlike other PT places I’ve been to, I worked directly with him and only him during every session. He always asked how I was feeling and tailored each session based on my answer, pushing me on good days and accommodating when I had pain flare-ups. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, attentive, and encouraging. He listened well, answered all my questions, and explained things clearly.
