The spa itself was warm and welcoming and you immediately feel a sense of "I'm about to be pampered" as soon as you enter the room. Both Taji and Alana were very professional and encouraged us to let them know any time during the service if the pressure needed to be adjusted. You can tell they take pride in their skills and techniques. I've had good massages before but I honestly left there feeling like I found my "massage home". She was excellent at listening to my complex medical history, assessing my most critical issues, and working with me to overcome my fear of needles in order to provide treatment. Khanh once said in a session that things like pain from carpal tunnel syndrome were some of her favorite things to treat and she is truly fabulous at it!
