Very kind and professional team! Pricing is perfect and service is super fast. I recently switched from a big brand dry cleaner in the DMV area to them, and I’m so glad I did, the quality of their work is excellent. Highly recommend supporting this small business!
Have dropped clothes off here many times. The last time I went, a few week ago, was asked for the first time to pay upfront. I didn’t have my wallet on me and my cellphone died so I couldn’t do Apple Pay. The lady was kind enough to allow me to still drop off and I picked up our clothes a few days after the guaranteed date and made the payment. Needed a dress stitched and dry cleaned as well as a few other items and new zippers were installed on my son’s BAPE hoodie. I’ll be back again.
I think people need to understand how hard it is to come across a tailor that ACTUALLY does an amazing job. Of course it may be pricier than you might've thought but if you don't like it, then go try to do it yourself or go somewhere else. Simple as that. After trying out multiple different places out, this is the place to go. The tailor knows what she's talking about and knows how my clothes will look on my body better than I do. She gives me her input on how it should be altered if what I'm asking for isn't what I imagine it will look like.
