Since posting my original review, the company reached out and explained that they were going through a period of transition and, at the time, had only one team member handling the service department. Since then, my hot tub has been repaired under warranty, and the new District Manager, Lisa, personally called to apologize for the delays and communication issues.
Throughout the process, Alex, the service technician, was consistently helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Luke did an outstanding job servicing our hot tub. He completely emptied, deep cleaned, and refilled it, and the entire process was seamless. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Luke to anyone looking for reliable and thorough hot tub maintenance.
We recently purchased a Hot Spring Pulse spa from Capital, and while there was an initial mix-up with the unit delivered, I want to highlight how professionally the team handled the situation.
Once the issue was identified, Jeff, Meaghan, Rob Jason and the rest of the team were responsive, transparent, and focused on making it right. They replaced the tub with a brand-new unit, documented extended warranty coverage, provided new startup supplies, and issued a credit — all without hesitation.
