They lost an item of clothing and have the worst communication regarding its status. They can’t find it, but won’t say that. They keep promising to call and never do. I keep going there, they don’t answer their phone either. Every time it’s a new excuse. I will definitely not be using their services ever again. Go at your own peril.

BE CAREFUL. Your ticket will say one price, the owner will confirm the price verbally then add an extra $1-2 on her payment system and tap your card. My credit card statement said something completely different. Very fraudulent

I was mostly very pleased with Well's until they kept my brand new seersucker suit and never called me back to do the tailor-fitting. The day I dropped it off they said they didn't have time - it was very very busy so they would call me back to schedule. Well, I got caught up in my move to DC and working f/t as a teacher that I forgot for almost 2 years I dropped it off. So I guess that means whatever tag or note they put on it with my number must've gotten knocked off and nobody could remember which customer left it. After I had finally unpacked my summer wardrobe and realized it wasn't there then went through everything else I had put into storage... read full review
