They lost an item of clothing and have the worst communication regarding its status. They can’t find it, but won’t say that. They keep promising to call and never do. I keep going there, they don’t answer their phone either. Every time it’s a new excuse.
I will definitely not be using their services ever again.

BE CAREFUL. Your ticket will say one price, the owner will confirm the price verbally then add an extra $1-2 on her payment system and tap your card. My credit card statement said something completely different. Very fraudulent
I was mostly very pleased with Well's until they kept my brand new seersucker suit and never called me back to do the tailor-fitting. The day I dropped it off they said they didn't have time - it was very very busy so they would call me back to schedule. Well, I got caught up in my move to DC and working f/t as a teacher that I forgot for almost 2 years I dropped it off. So I guess that means whatever tag or note they put on it with my number must've gotten knocked off and nobody could remember which customer left it. After I had finally unpacked my summer wardrobe and realized it wasn't there then went through everything else I had put into storage thinking I had misplaced it. It was a year later that I finally realized I had left it there and never heard back. (no, I didn't change my phone number and a regularly check my missed calls and voicemails). I wonder if they ever put my suit in a window display like some tailor-cleaners do for left behind items.
