I'm happy with the finished work Westwood Cleaners supplies, and the owner is generally pleasant, but I want to caution future customers to ensure they check their order for accuracy. I spent more time than necessary asking the young woman why the cost was so high. She initially got the service wrong, and while that was an honest mistake, the lack of care she showed after was astonishing. She kept insisting the cost for 3 items was the price she quoted, but when I queried my first order and the fact it was way less for more items, she didn't answer. She never apologized for her lack of customer care or inconvenience either, rather she kept trying to charge me 3x the amount....read full review

EDITED: November 11 2023After my initial issues with the resoling of my shoes, Westwood Cleaners offered to re-do the work. When I came back to pick up the shoes, I was happy to see that the resoling was neat and tidy, with no loose/sloppy stitches along the welt. I am definitely satisfied with the shoes that were returned to me.I am upgrading my initial 1-star review to 4 stars because clearly Westwood is capable of doing quality work, but it took a second try for them to get it right.

The owner is very customer oriented, knowledgable and super friendly with exceptional service. We were looking for a new dry cleaner service and found this place by very good review. It lives up its reputation. We had some cloth for dry clean and a broken handle of a suite case to be fixed. The cashier initially wasnot sure whether the handle could be fixed. When the owner came out and he took a look and quickly found the problem and fixed it, and insisted without charge. We also saw him helping another customer who needed some special service... Highly recommend this place.
