Based on customer reviews, Davis Plumbing is highly recommended for fast, reliable, and professional service. The team, including DJ and Robin, is known for responding quickly, even on holidays like Christmas Eve. They handle emergency situations, such as burst pipes, cracked underground pipes, and clogged toilets, arriving in no time to resolve the issue. Customers appreciate the hard-working crew, who were once covered head to toe in mud to fix a pipe. The company is also praised for being sympathetic and very generous with billing. They have the exact parts for difficult jobs, like a vessel sink, and can install sediment filters, charcoal filters, and new water softeners, allowing customers to drink their well water again. The service is outstanding and professional, with a very pleasant gentleman saving the day. Customers will definitely recommend Davis Plumbing and call for any future needs.
I came home to standing water at my well and panicked! DJ sent his guys out in no time and they were covered head to toe in mud to fix a cracked underground pipe. He was sympathetic to my situation and very generously worked with me on billing. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. Highly recommend!!!
On the afternoon of Christmas Eve I found my toilets were clogged. I called Davis Plumbing and left a message, thinking no one would return my call. Within minutes Robin called me back, on Christmas Eve! She took down some information and would contact the Owner and call me back. True to her word she called back and said he would be out to take a look as soon as he could. He showed up within an hour or so, on Christmas Eve! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and am forever grateful we have companies in our community that go the extra mile, especially on Christmas Eve! - Heather M, Sudlersville
