I had an excellent experience at Luminis Health Primary Care Kent Island, particularly with the outstanding X-ray tech, Lauren. Her professionalism and expertise made my visit truly commendable. Highly recommend!
Simply put they do not care about you. I have had to call and beg them to refill my needed prescription weeks after it ran out because they refuse to listen to and follow up on their prescription line. They also just ghost virtual appointments. Absolutely terrible office since transitioning from Eastern Shore Primary Care.
I get a new doctor every few months as they can’t seem to keep staff. Then every doctor gets worse. My last appointment was absolutely insulting. I am still a bit in shock as to how I was treated. I’ve been with the practice for years. It’s hard to find anyone taking new patients, but avoid if possible!
