Best experience ever, we have done several projects and bought from them. They are inviting every time you walk in the door, everything we order is on time and delivered promptly and the guys that deliver are always extra helpful. If ever there is a problem with anything it is addressed immediately and taken care of. I’d rather buy from them then anyone else, the prices are fair and the service is just old fashioned and impeccable, can’t say enough about this company!

I contacted John Messer in search of replacement windows for our house. He researched the model, located the windows and had them delivered to Shore Lumber. When I came to pick them up he informed me that he was able to get them under warranty- cost me $0.00. I call that superior customer service!!!!
