I contacted John Messer in search of replacement windows for our house. He researched the model, located the windows and had them delivered to Shore Lumber. When I came to pick them up he informed me that he was able to get them under warranty- cost me $0.00. I call that superior customer service!!!!

A distributor for a molding line I use. From an initial conversation with Lindsey to arrival at their facility, I was treated like a valued customer. They remarked on my driving 3 hours from my Cape Charles, VA residence.
