He was right behind his workers every step and did a final check to make sure my roof was up to par. He explained the differences in warranty. He helped me pick out colors and explained the benefits in different colors. His workers were there on the assigned date and on time. I highly recommend Bay Area Exteriors

Chuckie and his team were fantastic to deal with! The process was smooth and easy, everything was well explained during the quoting process so we were able to make a well educated decision. Chuckie was great! Very responsive to all of our questions and explained everything so it was easy to understand. He definitely looked out for us when helping us navigate our insurance, which included coming out to take measurements by hand due to discrepancies with the insurance companies measurment software. He even spent a few weeks trying to find an exact match for a piece of missing soffit so we didn't have to have an eye sore or need to replace the soffit entirely. Would definitely recommend and would plan on using them for any future projects!
