Varsity Cleaners & Tailors provides fast, affordable, and excellent dry cleaning and alteration services. Customers have used them for years, coming for everything from prom dresses and gowns to pants and dry cleaning. The work is consistently described as perfect and great, even for difficult jobs with tight time frames. While the customer service is not overly friendly and a language barrier can sometimes be a challenge, the staff is never rude and is focused on delivering timely, high-quality service. Many customers state they will definitely return, noting you can't beat it for reliable alterations and cleaning.
I first came here years ago to get my prom dress altered and it came out how I wanted it to be. I recently visited again to get some pants fitted and hemmed. I was nervous that they might make it too tight or too short, but it came out perfectly. To be honest, the customer service isn't overly friendly and I get the vibe that they're just focused on the service. But they have never been rude to me. I've been coming here for years for my dry cleaning. However, recently I've had to use their alteration services and was blown away by the work done and timeliness for my upcoming trip. I will definitely come back for any alterations needed!
I needed a gown hemmed quickly for a formal event that arose unexpectedly. It involved several layers of fabric and an irregular hemline, so it wasn't the easiest of alterations but they did a great job and turned it around within my time frame. I'll definitely be back!
