I don't know how I'd function without Heather's help. I own a restaurant and the stress and physical work associated equal tight muscles, back spasms, and, sometimes, debilitating pain. Heather is a life saver. Myofascia massage, stretching, and somatic work... that's what I'm here for.

Heather was very kind and empathetic. She did a wonderful job while working, was easy to talk with, and very personable. I had never had a massage before, and was a bit nervous, but she did an amazing job. Highly recommend. The time went by so quickly, and my body is feeling much better!

I have experience with Heather's therapy sessions when she was taking mobile clients only. I had a series of issues due to my traveling job. Due to sitting for long periods of time, Heather was able to focus on all the trigger points that was throwing my body out of balance. I'm talking from my neck down to my knee! After several treatments over several months. Heather not only cured my multiple pain points, she also instructed me on ways to keep the pain from coming back as bad. Of course when you have physically demanding jobs or other jobs/hobbies that will throw your body out of wack... Tranquility by Heather is the BEST place to go.
