I went here for a hair cut from Joyce and the service was so friendly and professional! I love how she cut and styled my hair. Looking forward to returning!Update: A year later, I'm still very happy with Sassy Hair by Joyce. Joyce is such a masterful stylist that I've followed her to her new location in Ellicott City, just up the road from the previous location. I definitely recommend her. I didn't even know it was possible to style my hair with gentle waves and volume until I went to her for a cut and style. U should totally book with Joyce.She knows what she doing and my hair always comes out how I want it to look.But when booking with her should bring a photo in just to make her job easier.I also recommend the perm that she does.
