Excellent experience with Metcalf from booking to start and completion of the service.
Mike Munson, and assistant, Jon, were fantastic. On time, quick assessment and up front discussion of the work. Estimate and actual work transparent and exactly as said.
Work was fast, efficient and respectful of finished bathroom and older cast iron plumbing in older home.
As higher ed professional, I could quietly overhear Mike's calm and patient explanations to Jon as he went along -- he has a gift for teaching in addition to top plumbing skills! Loves his work, singing quietly as went along.
We had our water heater replaced, and although the job took longer than expected, the team made sure everything was done right. Steve and Jonathan were professional, thorough, and didn’t rush the work. I appreciate their commitment to quality and would recommend them
