I've been seeing Kourtney for almost a year now. She is the real deal! I've been in the spa industry for almost a decade, been to a handful of waxers throughout Baltimore - With confidence I can say Kourtney has exceeded all expectations.
Even during a not so pleasant service she makes you feel comfortable. She is thorough and detail orientated. Even provided me with self care education for after care that really helped! Cleanest wax of my life, little to no ingrowns. Thank you!!
Koko was more than warm an welcoming, she acted as if we'd known each other for years it was so different than any waxing experience I have ever had (i have been getting waxed 12 years now). the cleanliness of her studio was the best I've seen, and the decor was flawless she even gave me a sticker at the end.
