The nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Salas were all extremely kind and professional. They informed me what they were about to do and I felt very taken care of. It feels odd to say my colonoscopy was a pleasant experience, but it truly was. The prep was not, but that’s the way it goes.

The service was on time and excellent. Everyone was highly professional throughout the entire process. The nurse who prepared me for the procedure was kind and attentive, and both the doctors and the nurses in the procedure room provided outstanding care. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.

When entering the GASTROINTESTINAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTER, Catonsville, MD office, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile.

Services from Registration (I didn’t get the Registration Clerks names 😔) and Medical Staff (Dr. Solomon, Dr. Tan, who was dancing to Burno Mars in the operating room and kept me laughing 😂 until he put me under, Ms. Theresa (Tech), Ms. Missy and Ms. Carly (Nurse) to getting the procedure done.

Everyone was very professional, empathetic, polite and friendly.
