Dr. Serina Lewis, MD, is a primary care provider who listens to concerns, allows patients to have a say in their care, and is always available. She is a kindhearted, intelligent woman who gives direct answers and suggestions, and is incredibly easy to get in touch with. She has even messaged patients after hours to address concerns. Dr. Lewis is an amazing educated Black Doctor who takes the time to listen and figure out what’s actually going on. She does not rush and is very thorough with notes and input, making patients feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Lewis always has an answer and solutions, and is always cheering patients on. She also offers beauty services, such as chemical peels, which help with pigmentation and leave skin with a glow. Her caring and nurturing qualities make her one of the best doctors ever. Patients have followed her from previous offices and plan to follow her in her next endeavor. She is highly recommended for primary care and beauty needs, especially for transgender folks looking for a doctor who helps quickly and efficiently.
I am grateful to have a primary care provider like Dr. Lewis. She continues to listen to my concerns, allowing me to have a say in my care, and always available. Recently, I decided to receive a chemical peel, one of the many services she offers, and I love the results! You can really see how my pigmentation, especially on the sides of my lips has lighten up. I have followed Dr. Lewis for the last 2-3 years. She is a sweet person and an amazing Educated BLACK Doctor who actually takes the time in her busy schedule to listen and figure out what’s actually going on with you. She does not rush you and is very thorough with her notes and input. Dr. Lewis makes you feel comfortable and at ease at appointments.
