Hugo and the team did a phenomenal job inspecting the issue, providing options and then negotiated unpredictable weather conditions to waterproof my home. He is very professional and communicated with me throughout the process, even providing great recommendations to keep the water out until his team was able to complete the work.
I had an issue with water coming into my basement. I called and Hugo was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and offer me options for doing the repair. When the time came to do the job, he and his crew were very courteous and they did good work. After the work was done, Hugo followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything and has been very responsive during the entire process.
I had an emergency. I call Chesapeake Waterproofing. They cam to check out the situation. Hugo(representative), looked at damages, found the solution. Told me what I had to do. Within a few days, the workers were at my house handling the water damages. I am very well pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.
