I had a pipe burst due to the recent cold spell and CPS was amazing in resolving the issue. They replaced the pipes and put in insulation to make sure it wouldn't happen again. They communicated with me throughout the process and most importantly, I knew I could trust them. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very efficiently. Will never use any other plumbing company as long as I live in Catonsville.
I have consistently used CPS for all of my plumbing needs since I purchased my home. New toilets, replacing old drain lines, unclogging blockages, etc. They always deliver quality work at a fair price. So happy to have found a trusted contractor that I can always rely on.
Hot water heater died Sat morning. Told the wife we will wait until Monday to call CPS since they are closed on weekends. Called Monday morning and Greg was here by 10am. Greg is wonderful. We WILL use them again
