Dr Jones and Dr Daniel were fantastic on both visits. Between them, the technicians, and the client service reps (who I couldn’t blame for hating me after my endless phone calls but they were happy to help) no question went unanswered, no question unaddressed. My doggo is getting on the older side but she’s guided me through a lot. Not a single time did I question if this team could guide her through this when I felt helpless. I don’t trust just anyone to care for Gemma but please believe me when I say, Thrive will treat your pets as their own. I almost thought I was going to have to fight them from stealing her, they made her so comfortable.

We brought Coda in for a diagnosis. They took us as a walk-in and we were processed reasonably quickly. The big pleasant surprise is folks who worked at vets we've been to over the years, the ones we missed when they were gone, have come here. It was very cool to meet people at a new place who already knew us from past appointments at the old places. One thing: PLEASE FIX THE ULTRASOUND. Other than that is was a great visit and we became members.

Very friendly staff, clean space, excellent customer service and great Vet doctor.
Took great care of Bleu and he was better the next day. Thank You all for loving our pets!!
