They were very pleasant to work with and the cost for the installation was more than fair compared to other places that I had called for an estimate. The installation was quick and very clean. Excellent Service, Communication and Fast Turnaround

Technician arrived with time windows given to me in scheduled appointment. I consider him quite professional in his interaction with me as a Microf customer in explaining to me the reason for the A/C blackout which appears to have been weather related (recent storm) parts had to be ordered so l was put back on the schedule for resolution as early as tomorrow. Because of his personality, despite the discomfort and inconvenience of not not having a functioning A/C l felt confident he really cares.
