Pros: Great customer service! Everyone I dealt with was super friendly / responsive, and I received same-day service.Cons: I had asked them to install a T-shaped pvc connector in my original request but they installed a second P-trap for the same condensate line which, according to the Internet, is not advisable. The tech told me not to worry but I plan to monitor for any future drainage issues.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

We had a serious leak in our slab under our hot water heater. PHI Group worked diligently to remove the water heater, dig into the slab and fix the pipe, refill the cement and reinstall the water heater so that we had running water to our home. They got the job done much faster than I anticipated. We were very satisfied!
