One word: WOW!!! So the story is that my partner got me a prepaid car detailing for Christmas 2022 and I'm pretty terrible at scheduling. Come August 2023, I emailed Miss Klean and was half afraid they wouldn't honor the service ... But they did, and how! Within an hour I had an appointment. Neek was professional and incredibly hard-working, she was out there in the sun for HOURS. I have no doubts that parts of my car that Ive never seen were scrubbed into shining newness. It smells amazing, looks brand new, I am so thrilled! Nothing but good things about Miss Klean and Neek, I'd order again in a heartbeat.

Neek was prompt and professional. She was so kind and explained the service and other services that would produce even better results (The three-point paint correction).
