Outstanding, professional service. I called Mike; was favorably impressed; exchanged several texts & photos of our issue (broken latch mechanism on French entry doors). He came out same evening & removed old hardware with specialized tools, then replaced with new lockset, all at a very reasonable price. And to boot, he programmed a new key fob for a friend's vehicle during the same visit for no extra cost! Highly recommended!

I used Mike's Lock and Security service earlier 2025. I was in urgent need of a locksmith because I was out of the country for 3 months. The person maintaining my home couldn't gain access via the assisged code. Mike responded immediately and addressed my concerns. I was very impressed with the service, prompt response, and overall professionalism. I was more then satisfied. I highly recommend the service.
