Been going here for a while. I’ve been seeing unsanitary behavior for a long time. But this lady clipped my nails with a dirty nail clipper that stays on her station. I questioned her and she said they will get cleaned at the end of the night. (Omg! No lie) Then she stated that, I should purchase my own nail clippers/instruments if I am uncomfortable. Every time I ask them to sanitize with alcohol before use anything on me, they get offended.Additionally, many clients are not aware that the callus shaver is prohibited by the health department. Please do NOT go here. Went for a simple dip powder removal and manicure and my nails are all ruined. I have horizontal ridges on each nail, received two cuts.. instead of using acetone at all the technician decided to use a cuticle remover to rip the dip powder off my nails. I’ve been here in the past but stopped going as my nails were super unhealthy and kept breaking on a weekly basis. Of course, I was blamed for not being careful enough, yet when I started to visit another salon for a year, only one nail ever broke in that time. One star only for the service, they’re nice I guess..

I enjoyed my first visit with family. I got a really nice pedicure, expensive, for my pedi and my daughters mani ($175) later, but at least everything lasted. Second visit, my pedi only lasted no more than a week and half ($65). Chairs have nice massage action and they do service beverages and snacks.
