Today i went to floor Decor in Capitol heights and meet a young man by the name of Simon. Simon customer service was outstanding. He took his time even though I was undecided about what i wanted. He was informative, knowledgeable and he even made sure the product i wanted to purchase was available. Even though the capital heights location didn't have the merchandise, Simon took his time located other store that was close to my home. I was having trouble with my cards he continued to work with me until I was able to purchase extremely what I wanted. Simon thank you for all your help.🙏🏾🙏🏾
