We are in the process of choosing a contractor to replace our AC and have been in communication with Martin. He was very courteous and professional on his initial visit and has taken the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciate him taking the time to call me personally as I know he is very busy at this time. Thank you for assisting us in this process!
I would like to give a shout out to Martin very professional, polite, and dedicated to his profession he was determined to get my AC working even after the initial tech came out weeks before and done absolutely nothing but Martin wouldn’t let that happen because he cares also he explained to my husband and I and gave us clarity about any questions we had Thanks AGAIN MARTIN YOU ARE PHENOMENAL!!!!Services: A/C system maintenance
Outstanding service. Mr. Martin Best came to my house on the hottest day of the year in response to my service request. My 15 year old AC system had died on a day when the temperature was 100 degrees outside. He quickly diagnosed the problem and after I inquired about having a new unit installed, his team returned less than 24 hours later and put one in. He was honest, fair, professional, and very thorough in his explanation. Jose and his installers were quick, clean, and had my house cooling off within two hours after arriving.
