On the coldest day of the year, my HVAC failed. I called Glenmont (it was Friday after hours). Haddon called me back within five minutes. Gave me a few steps to follow to try and fix it myself. Didn't work so Haddon gave me a window the following day (Saturday). He arrived (I was one of his many emergency calls). As Glenmont often services units in my high-rise, they are very knowledgeable about our systems. Haddon explained what was wrong, and successfully fixed it. A general shout-out to Glenmont, but particularly Haddon for the the very efficient and friendly service he provided during these particularly unusual frigid days.
Our boiler broke earlier tonight - on the coldest night of the year! We called Glenmont and spoke to their technician Haddon, who correctly diagnosed the problem over Facetime, opened up their parts warehouse, and brought the right part out to our house to fix the boiler, all within about 2 hours. He was wonderful - professional, efficient, friendly. He knew what he was doing and went the extra mile for us, not finishing until after 9 pm, so we could have heat. We have a service contract with Glenmont and it is SOOOO worth it. They are a great, reliable, human company. Thanks Haddon and thanks Glenmont!
This has been a crazy weather week and somehow we were able to get immediate help! Everyone involved has been courteous professional and a great pleasure to work with! Judy handled all of the admin part and Haddon was our tech. Haddon is so friendly knowledgeable efficient and an all around great guy! I would highly recommend Glenmont and super shout outs to Judy and Haddon. We are so grateful to have heat back!! 🙂
