Hans was great to work with!! What is normally a painful process, Hans made smooth and easy. Extremely helpful! From the beginning Hans provided a lot of information that helped with the decision process to include an in depth YouTube video going through the vehicle in fine detail. We purchased the 4Runner after a test drive. Hans guided us through the whole process which went smoothly. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received.
