This business needs a very big improvement on customer service. The people that work there are rude. It was weird. They act as if you owe them something. They didn't greet me when I arrived. You have to say something to them. The old man that did my pedicure was very rude and did a terrible job. Worst pedicure ever! If I could give them negative stars, I would.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I could. Save yourself the agony and run like the plague from this un-establishment. I asked to use the restroom and actually saw a live lizard running across the floor of the messy and filthy place. They need an exterminator. On top of being dirty the are rude too. The lady who seated me to soak for my pedicure quickly disappeared and old grumpy disheveled man took her place. I asked him to cut my cuticles more carefully and he got so irritated that I asked to do his job that he asked me to LEAVE. Image that! Don't let the old man touch you. Most likely it was pure racism. They should be shut down.

They never greet me when I walk in, I have to say something to them. The last time I came I stood at the desk for 5 minutes before anyone even said anything to me and it was “you getting a pedicure?”
