He’s very kind, patient, explains everything, and you feel assured, you will be taken care of. My entire family has been advised, “Go see Dr. Moulef for your eyes.” My mom, kids, and sisters currently see him and you should too. You will not regret it.

First, the boutique is very relaxing which matches Boutte's personality. I had a silk press and deep conditioner. My hair was soft and beautiful when completed. I truly appreciated that Boutte would ask about your sensitivities, allergies, etc. to ensure your experience is the best. And mine was!! I would definitely recommend.

They came and helped me upgrade my outlets. I had to get a new fuse box. They identified a major problem in my condominium electrical room. I work alot and the dispatcher who helps schedule the appointments and follow ups helped me big time. She called our condos office and Pepco to have them work together because they did their part.
