I had my nails paintd on Friday and I didn't notice that the job was streaked and the polish was so thin in spots you can see my nails through the polish. I didn't get acrylic or gel polish just a nail trim and polish but the job was not very good. Also I was careful not to use my nails for anything like opening stuff because I knew I only got regular polish but it should not look like this from being done on a Friday and me taking these pics on Sunday... I will go back to see if they will make it right. If so I will update my review. If not it is what it is ... Btw the 1 pinky nail I got ink on from a pen today so that doesn't count ..

She was very much rude. Very much inconsiderate. Split my nail due to being very rough. No apology, no remorse. She already clearly didn’t want to service me. All I wanted was a soak off and to be treated poorly disappointed me. Honestly me being a business owner is what saved her from a hands on reaction. & yes I still paid $15 for the service because although it was a poor job it was still done.

I'm a caregiver for a lovely lady who has not had her nails done since the pandemic started. Andy, one of the owners took care of her. He was so kind and even helped us with her car that wouldn't start. He and his wife, Nada, took time out of their busy schedules to get her car running. Great job you two. She's in love with Andy.
