Concerning the 1 star review, that was my home and the review was by my neighbor. The electrical panel that existed when I bought the home was on her side of the house. It was moved due to issues with my neighbor. Per a survey, I own about a foot of land there. The hole in the fence was created by me since her fence was on my property.... read full review

If you need electrical work done make sure you give Philip at Nichols Electric a call first. I found this company via my own personal search and boy am I glad I made the call. Philip was a great listener taking the time to understand my outdoor project and what my wife and I were trying to achieve before there was even a hole in the ground. He has super ideas we were excited to get put into action. Fast forward a few months and Philip was there to ensure he had eyes on the finished product and how the electrical portion of the project was going to be executed. I was early into renovating a home that had been vacant for 5+ years. The house had a den wall removed and all associated wiring had been cut and terminated haphazardly in the crawl space. I was in a bind when I called Nichols Electric.
Phillip came on and completed thorough and professional work restoring the home to full functionality.
Since then, he has helped on multiple repairs and upgrades during the 18 month renovation. Phillip took the time to discuss and explain each project and options to my understanding.
