Branden Spear really helped me out. Our insurance was cancelled due to the roof's age and we had to scramble. With a very short deadline and the added complexity of the HPC, Branden made it all go away. Even though I was also a contractor (we are naturally competitive and love to talk smack on other contractors) I found he was very knowledgeable, logical, reasonable, and very approachable. His guys were friendly and thoughtful, the job site was left tidy and there was zero damage to any surrounding area. I rented a property from this company in 2021 on a one year lease. I paid the security deposit. and rent of $650.00. After one year (In October 2022), they tried to raise my rent based on water usage. The excess usage was being caused by a malfunctioning toilet tank flap, which the landlord replaced previously ion 2022. Since this fixed the excess water usage, I did not sign a new lease with an increased rent, obviously they did this ONLY to recover their money and not because of any water usage I was doing. we had them do our roof last summer. still had an issue that we needed electric company to fix before they could finish work. as soon as it was set up. they came out and took care of it. I would rate them a 10 out of 10. I want to thank them for their excellent service on our roof.
