The hot towels and hot shaving foam were incredible. My beard was conditioned and meticulously shaped, leaving clean, sharp lines that look fantastic.

I attended the World Circus Day Celebration event, wanting to explore to take classes. I spent the evening learning the basics of Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Pole, and Ground Box Exercises.
I felt so alive. My body felt so good.
The people there are extremely knowledgeable and know how to explain things very clearly. They were so friendly, kind, and extremely goofy in a warm and welcoming way. Almost like a little family.
I got a full body stretch and workout that feels very similar to calisthenics. They made animal flow movements fun!
Overall just an amazing fun time that left me with such a dopamine high and gave me a huge energy boost.
The stretching methods they employed were truly noteworthy. Beyond the benefits of a warm-up and cool-down session, there were elements of releasing tension and what felt like somatic yoga. Letting your body know it was okay to release trauma and soothing the nervous system. I was impressed.
It was remarkable. Despite my weekly Taekwondo training that usually leaves me incredibly sore from the week, I actually woke up the next day feeling shockingly refreshed and restored.
