Stopped by ulta beauty the night before easter and had a great experience. Samantha, the manager, helped me with fragrance recommendations for my teenager since I’m a single dad. She’s amazing. Savannah and Arylie were friendly, helpful, and gave a very personalized experience, making sure i found exactly what i needed. Solid customer service all around i’ll definitely be back.

I am an 83 year old women who is often invisible, especially in a beauty store. I am going with my husband to his 60 college reunion and wanted a new lipstick. A lovely lady ( could have been a general manager), was so helpful and made me feel so special. The store was full of young beautiful girls but she gave me her time and attention.
