I had a backed up sewer line so I set an appointment for the next morning. Drew came by and was able to quickly and accurately figure out the problem and fix it. He was tremendously helpful and I will definitely be calling back the next time I have any plumbing issues.

Had a unique problem where water would drop to a trickle, after a certain toilet was flushed. Drew diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed the next day (Bad PRV Valve, and it was not an emergency). Highly recommend Drew and Matters Plumbing!

I had a backup on three separate occasions and dealt with Drew, Lynch, and Mike and had a WONDERFUL experience each time. They are extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to identify the problem quickly and at no point did I feel like they were trying to take advantage or overcharge me for anything unnecessary. Would absolutely recommend to everyone I know!
