Tony came out alongside Josh from JBC Outdoor & Home Solutions to look at my floors, and I couldn't be more impressed with their thoroughness. They spent a lot of time carefully walking me through the issues and mapping out our best options.
Having Tony’s expertise on-site was invaluable. His attention to detail, honesty, and transparent recommendations really stood out. They caught things that other contractors completely overlooked. Davis Construction was helpful in their suggestions and so polite. They were on time, very neat, and tidy. They were flexible with their schedule and reasonably priced. They did a beautiful job with my deck. I would highly recommend them for your home needs.
The attention to detail and craftsmanship in replacing my deck steps was fantastic and appreciated very much. I now know that the steps are safe and well-built. I did feel at times that communication could have been a little better but I also realize the company is very busy (which is a good indicator that I selected the right people to do the step replacement) and taking steps to improve business-to-customer communication.
If asked if I would call them to do any other home repair or recommend them to others, the answer is; Yes, absolutely.
