Jamil was a good communicator, coordinating well with me before the date of service -- it turned out, another family he was helping had a large job before our scheduled date of service.Jamil understood once he started helping with this job that it may take a bit longer than he was initially expecting.So, what he did was make sure he had communicated with me directly over the phone -- he explained to me what was going on, and we were able to find a time which gave him the ability to help his previous client fully.I am thankful for this communication, and the way in which Jamil made sure both of our needs were covered.Jamil was prompt, kind, and performed a great job on...read full review
