I came to have a gel pedicure. The pedicure done and the color was too light_ one can actually see my nail bed . I told this to the technician three times. She stated she already put 2 layers of gel and was very dismissive. She was rushing to take the next costumer. Even if you do not want to provide a service, there is a way to address others. We are all human beings; respect is reciprocal and kindness goes a long way. PS: this is not pedicure so other technicians are professional

Go see Henry! Nancy is extremely rude and hasn’t learned in however many years she has been in this country, that Americans value respect and politeness. Neither of which she possess or doles out. Sonny is extremely volatile. The one time I worked with him, he screamed at me, calling me absurd names.Henry, on the other hand, should open his own salon. His work is beyond any others. And we’ve all been to a few. So, if you want talent and expertise, ask for Henry. But, expect to wait. Don’t rush him. And he doesn’t rush through you either. So I’d give the SALON ONE STAR, but HENRY TEN STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️Services: Nail designs

I made my appointment three days in advance. I remarked when I arrived that I had a special occasion that evening and weekend. It ended with Sunny screaming at me and me waiting after 2:45 for a repair. The one gal in attendance was rude when I came in. Sunny, who did my pedicure, was simply psychotic. He started yelling at me and calling me names and saying that I was discriminating against him and others because I expected what I came in for in a timely fashion. Henry, who usually does my manicures, worked me in while he was doing a full set. He is the only reason I continue to go there. If it were only Henry (who ISNT charming), I'd give it s much higher rating! Like my last one!
